Abstract: In order to evaluate the enterprise safety culture accurately and scientifically, the geometric regular polygon evaluation method was adopted. Based on the existing data, 9 evaluation indexes of enterprise safety culture was selected, and the questionnaire method was adopted to quantify the various indexes, ultimately reflected on the geometric regular polygon. The results showed that, geometric regular polygon evaluation method was simple, and the evaluation results were stable and reliable. This method could evaluate the enterprise safety culture scientifically and objectively. As the same time, the advantages and disadvantages of each index were reflected. It also provided the basis for the improvement of the enterprise safety culture.
